Gifted Return and Exchange Policy


Jill and her team at Gifted love what they do and thank you for shopping local and supporting a small, woman-owned business.  Together, we make our neighborhood a better place to live and work.  We strive to make all of our customers happy, but need to balance that goal with the reality of being a small, brick and mortar business.  To that end, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit or exchange only, subject to the conditions and/or exceptions listed below.

Gifted is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

To complete your return or exchange:

  • You will need the original receipt or gift receipt
  • Any merchandise that you wish to return or exchange must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged; original tags attached; unopened packaging.
  • Returns for store credit or exchanges can be processed in store.

In addition, please understand that the return or exchange of certain categories of merchandise are subject to these additional restrictions:

  • Food items cannot be returned.
  • Books which appear damaged or whose cover/plastic wrapper has been removed may not be returned for credit or exchange.
  • All seasonal items must be returned for store credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase or receipt.  
  • All women’s clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached within 15 days of purchase or receipt. Gifted staff will use their reasonable discretion in determining whether an item has been used, washed or damaged.
